Water Bills 2021 onwards

I see from their website that Eaux de Vienne is moving to a new online system from the start of 2022 and has cancelled all existing online account access "in order to serve you better"...
Has anyone had their 2021 water bills yet? They say they will just be sending them out by paper this time.

Ours are sent here to the UK, but so far not had anything. Glad I saw this thread or wouldn't have known, thanks.

Hi Jane, There appears to be a fair amount of confusion as to what's going on. I emailed them a week or so ago but have yet to receive a reply! Brian |
