If you drink the tap water around the Montmorillon area you may want to think again.

Montmorillon has come out as "Très Mauvais" though it's not all bad as some areas in the Montmorillon area have come out "Bon"

I personally don't drink tap water anyway as I don't like the taste, but I thought some of you may be interested.

Que Choisir have published a map you, just put in your postcode: https://www.quechoisir.org/carte-interac...au-n21241/

We're in La Trimouille again in 3 weeks, only just got back this week. I've still not had a drink straight from the tap in our house as I don't trust it, but this is more reassuring.

Well, we've been drinking straight from the tap for the past 2 years without a problem. Tried the same in Saintes a few weeks back with dire consequences!! At least with this quoted website we can now check first wherever we are!!
