Les disques sont aussi en vente dans les grandes surfaces, certains bureaux de tabac et à l'Office de Tourisme.

Utilisation en zone bleue : du lundi au samedi, de 9h à 12h et de 14h à 19h sauf dimanches et jours fériés. Indiquez sur votre disque format européen votre heure d'arrivée.
Stationnez gratuitement dans les deux heures qui suivent (17€ d'amende encourue, article R 417-3 du Code de la route). Le fait de porter sur ce disque des indications horaires inexactes, ou de modifier les indications initiales sans que le véhicule ait été remis en circulation est également passible d’une contravention de 17€.

Since 1 January 2012, you must use the European disk to park in the blue zone. It is obligatory and valid everywhere in Europe. The maximum allowed time is two hours in Montmorillon.

The discs are also for sale in supermarkets, some tobacconists and at the Tourist Office.

Use in blue zone: Monday to Saturday, from 9h to 12h and 14h to 19h except Sundays and holidays. Indicate your time of arrival on your European format disk.
Park for free within two hours (17 € fine incurred, article R 417-3 of the Highway Code). Carrying inaccurate timetable information on this disc, or modifying the initial indications without the vehicle being put back into circulation, is also punishable by a fine of € 17.

Thank for that stfane86. I have parked in those blue zones many times to pop in somewhere without one. I must have been lucky  

I will have to hunt one out, do you or anyone else know the cost?
