Did you go in fancy dress....maybe you as Batman and Julie in a saucy St Trinians outfit?

Or was it the one day in the year when they actually ship in a "nice, normal" person?

I've noted the name of your hag and will ask for her next time.  I'll probably be told she has returned to her home planet for corrective training and compulsory attendance on a course teaching her how to behave in the correct manner for a tax office operative.
