I have an old ,self propelled lawn mower. The engine is still excellent ( Briggs & Stratton) , but one side of deck is rusting away.
Does anyone know where I could get it welded at sensible price , before I go buy a new one ?

I have tried without success to find a jobbing welder locally so I've now bought my own kit and I am slowly learning how to use it. I'm afraid that I'm not yet up to offering my services commercially though!

It might be worth calling into Poitou Motoculture in Rue Charles Dubois - if they can't do it they'll probably know someone who can
