If you live in France and have been putting off registering for you Residence Permit you want to get a move on as you only have till the end of this month.

It really is simple to do and those that have lived here for more than 5 years don't have to give much information. All it takes is your personal details, proof of being resident for more than 5 years, and proof of living here in 2020. That's it apart from giving your finger prints and a photo.

For those not living here 5 years it's a bit more difficult but you can find all the information in English and French Here

There is another thread WARP Card where some of us have posted our experience,

Thanks, Fred.
A very useful reminder.
As long as you were in France before 31 Dec 2020, then you qualify for the Withdrawal Agreement titre de sejour.
This is much, much easier than the application process outside of the withdrawal agreement.
My application took no more than 15 minutes and resulted in a 10 year titre de sejour with, for example, no requirement to declare income or meet any income threshold.

hi y'all

FYI

as per the newspaper today (google translation)

source: https://www.centre-presse.fr/article-796...iques.html
Brexit: steps for the British

An online filing service for residence permit applications has been opened for British nationals and members of their families who are beneficiaries of the Withdrawal Agreement. Applicants have until July 1 to make their request to obtain a “withdrawal agreement” residence permit. British nationals and members of their family residing in France before January 1, 2021, benefit from specific residence permits for a period of 5 or 10 years, which they must hold as of October 1, 2021. All of them their rights (work, social benefits) are maintained until that date.

This service, at https://invite.contacts-demarches.interi....fr/BREXIT, has been open since October 19, 2020 to allow them to submit their residence permit application online. It is available until July 1, 2021. Once this has been done, applicants will receive an email from the prefecture offering them an appointment for fingerprints and receipt of the photograph. Their residence permit will then be sent directly to their home by post. British nationals and members of their families who have already applied for a residence permit on the site which had been opened in 2019 and which was intended for the hypothesis, since ruled out, of a no-deal Brexit, have not no need to reapply online. These measures ensure that all UK nationals benefiting from the Withdrawal Agreement and their family members are in possession of a residence permit from 1 October 2021

Thanks, Michael for the timely reminder.

I've pinned this thread to the top of the forum to make it a bit more visible.

Let's hope any late applicants take heed. As long as you were here before 31 December 2020 the process is very simple.

If anyone has any questions, please ask on the forum or PM me!
