Chimney Sweep

Hi all.

We're looking for a chimney sweep in the area after our usual chap retired.

Does anyone have any recommendations or contacts.

Have always used Beauchesne  in Monty - 05 49 91 25 26.

Fast, clean and efficient.  Cleaning end of October last year cost €65 per chimney.  They also take the top plate of the wood burner out and clean the accumulated debris.

Another one I've heard from friends is very good is a guy called Tim Shepherd.  Yup.  You guessed it he's Anglais.

On a throughly unhelpful note, I don't have his number but I'm told he advertises in etcetera.....

We actually used Tim until last year but he's stopped the sweeping now (although he still does garden stuff) - hence why we started looking again.

Sounds like Beauchesne could the the answer  

Hope all is well over there - we could talk about the unmentionable chaos over here but its Saturday evening...wine is better
