A waning moon would be the best time to attack it to ensure it stays away longer. In March around the 17 - 31.
Thanks for that Clubby. The waning moon thing sounds a bit wierd but I will don my druid robe, put on a pointy hat and dance around a bonfire on the 17th before tackling the black mold stuff.
