Switched after finally getting fibre, it was a simple online process with no downtime.
Downside we had to pay €49 to cancel Orange and you do lose the English helpline.
Upside it was simple and we are saving €12 per month, everything worked as it did before as for the English line I never found them that good and now we have fibre it hardly ever goes wrong but if it does it's easy to use the Sosh app to fix it.
