Hi All 
i had the same issue here in Lussac, thanks to my  G.F i was able some kind of help see pics below (extract of her "space")
you need to create your personal space on the impot website (they will ask your fiscal # which is on your taxe habitation, no need to have any income in france )  then access you space go at the bottom of the page and follow my "guide" .

 1: create you space using your fiscal#
 2: Then create you space (they ask for mail/ phone # and other information such as selecting a pwd),
then once you are done, access your space go to the bottom of the page “Biens immobilers” click on access to fill out your property details

Then you enter the details : main residence / vacation residence / date etc..
 And you are done
