I don't think such a thing exists, I'm afraid. It's a small department and I've never known them to have a dedicated English section.
If your French is up to it you could phone them on their regular number (05 49 83 39 39) and ask (in French) if there is anyone who speaks a little English (Y a-t-il quelqu'un là-bas qui parle un peu anglais, s'il vous plaît?). I know that several of the people there do speak some English although they seem reluctant to advertise the fact!
Alternatively, you could get a French speaking friend or service provider to phone on your behalf. There's a very helpful person near me who provides that service - let me know if you'd like an introduction. She's English by origin but based in France for many years. She has fluent French and is very knowledgeable about most aspects of French bureaucracy.
