We are in UK but hoping this 14 day quarantine will be ditched so we can get to our house.
What do we need to know about being in France, Monty post lockdown - are you queuing for the supermarkets (or anywhere else), do you need to wear a face mask anywhere? Is anything open?!
We do keep one eye on what is going over there but trying to keep up with changes and remember what we're doing here in UK - I'm getting confused.
Update us if you are willing and able
Hi, aquick answer : Monty post lockdown is easy going...no queue either in Leclerc or Lidl, masks are recommended but not mandatory in supermarkets, on the farmer market on Wednesdays, all shops opened , bars & restaurant with some social distancing (space between tables and waiters wearing masks); whenever you are able to come back, NO WORRY the place is safe and normal life is resuming in short: "business as usual ". A few social events are occurring : Bar in Gouex re-opened with a real fish and chips food truck (Yeah.).Charly Fish & Chips kickup evening. As my crazy US fellow citizens are still denying that COVID is a serious issue and ignoring common sense, i am glad to be in France! better safe than sorry !
