Can't we just fill in the form that came along with our bill for the year and send that off? We don't have to go on their site too, do we?

Yes, I think you can do it on the form too, although I opted to do online and have order my pass. Thought I'd save myself the cost of the stamp!

We sent ours off by post. I thought it might get a bit confusing if I do it online also. I’d either end up with two passes, or none. Plus with us still living in the UK, best not to complicate things, because they write to us here.
