I was totally unaware of this so presume SIMER hope it passes most people by and they won't have to supply plastic bags.

I assume it only apllies to us poor plebs that they take for a ride and not builders/plasterers etc who rely on the dechette to dump stuff?

if my understanding is correct it applies to all, professional users have a special deal..whatever it means !
