Thanks Fred, I was going to post this but you obviously have a better postal service than us because we only received our new dechette "ticket" in the post this morning along with the bill from SIMER.
Not only has the bill gone up year-on-year they have the nerve to include a glossy mag telling me how wonderful France is at collecting rubbish/recycling et al whilst penalising all of us on our rubbish sack entitlement.
Maybe if they wasted less money on printing mags telling us how great they are, we could have a proper service instead of some utilitarian rubbish that horribly resembles "Cutbacks Britain."
While I'm on a rant; is there any truth in the rumours I'm hearing that we are now all restricted to one visit per day to the dechette? I'm fearing it may well be the case judging by the increase in fly-tipping around these 'ere parts.
Anyway, I am gearing up for more visits to use up my 2016 allocation of refuse sacks. Doubtless, so will everyone else and the dechette will run out of sacks.
