We usually go for the menu terroir €25 a head for a 3 course meal which ends up more like 5 or 6 courses with the various complimentary amuse bouches included. They have a vegetarian menu for about €21 -I'm not vegetarian but sometimes choose it as they are very innovative. They have an a la carte and also a "chefs choice" degustation menu at about €60 if you want a really special occasion. I've never had it, but some of our guests did and said it was amazing
The house wines are pretty good and reasonable and they have a pretty good wine list if you want to splash out a bit more
The menu is usually on line so you can have a bit of a leisurely look before. The people there are extremely helpful and will explain the menu in English if you are stuck
Sounds lovely. I will check them out online. I often opt for the vegetarian option on menus myself, although I'm not vegetarian either. I did go for the veggie burger in Montmorillon once though and had my eye wiped, as the French idea of a veggie burger was basically a slab of cheese with some salad. Not what I was expecting
