Sorry can't help on that one, I don't recall seeing any even in the larger towns. (maybe that's why everyone has a little trailer)
If you can get it there you can take all your stuff to your local Déchetterie, they will take anything from you and if you ask your Mayor or neighbour they will tell you your nearest one and opening times.
Maybe someone else knows more about skip hire, but I would say it would be cheaper to hire a van or tipper from Leclerc or SuperU if you don't have transport and do it yourself.
