Google to launch FR auto insurance comparison site

I must say I've been pleasantly surprised with car insurance in France so far. I tried carious sites on the web nut they didn't recognise our car (1977 Renault 4L - I mean, how French can you get?) so we went to see the agent who had arranged our house insurance.

I have 9 years no claims on my UK insurance which she said her company would match as long as I dropped a copy of my last UK renewal into them.

The price she offered was €220 fully comprehensive, any driver, with breakdown insurance, 10000Km per year.
