It's a Mill so designed to cope with water. It was built over 300 years ago from stone. The Exterior walls are rounded on the corners so the water moves without damage. The ground floor is terracotta. The exterior has a tiled terrace and a working mill race. Interior walls are lime finish to dry and breathe. Electrics are above potential water levels. We have a microstation Septique fully enclosed designed to be beside a river. Bedrooms and sitting rooms are on upper floors and downstairs is a casual family area, kitchen has floating timber benches set on concrete designed for a mill.
