Hi all, recently bought a house in Maviaux (last Nov) and had some bad luck so far with the builder we have used.  Any recommendations for a builder/plumber would be gratefully received. thanks in advance x

Sorry to hear you have had a bad experience, unfortunately it happens often. Can I ask was it an English or French builder that caused you problems?

We have a couple of other members asking similar questions and it may be worth asking if they found someone reliable. I can't think off hand where all the threads are, but did remember these two.

Don't hesitate to start as many threads as you like on specific questions in relevant boards, you never know you may be lucky enough to wake someone up that may have some answers.
