I have a little outbuilding attached to the back of the house and I'm thinking of turning it into a downstairs shower room, I can install the plumbing and electrics (I think) 
But it needs some work I can't do.
It's about 3m x 1.5m and the work I need doing would be.
Fix a few roof tiles
Concrete the floor
Block up two small doors to the outside
Knock out some breeze blocks separating the building and the inside toilet
Maybe render the walls, but I'm not sure about that
So if you have any recommendation's please PM me as I think it would be unfair to put a builders name on here in case it's one I don't trust.
