Cannot change password

Hi I received a new password from you yesterday, a mixture of letters, capitals and a number, BUT, when I tried to change it, it would not recognise these letters and number. Help please. I also could not find your "contact us" bit!

I'm sorry you're having problems. I've had a quick look behind the scenes and there are no error indications so this needs a closer look.

I'm away from my desk at the moment but will make this the first thing I do when I get back to base tomorrow morning.

In the meantime you should still have access to the public areas of the board.
