Where do you find is the best place to go to buy clothes around Montmorillon? Or do you tend to mostly buy online?

Now that's a good question. Thinking about it I can't remember the last time I bought clothes in a shop. It's been online for as long as I can remember. So for at least a week...

*I changed your Subject for this thread to help with searches.

Myself and Mrs Fred are not big buyers of clothes, but we have found the clothes here not to be of very good quality and tend to be expensive. Though Mrs Fred assures me my comfy pants do come from C&A at Poitiers. Smile

We shop mostly on-line and tend to buy the same things again so we know we like the quality, price, size, etc.

Amazon
Sock Shop
Qtag

We haven't actually ventured to Poitiers yet, but it is on the to do list for the coming year. I didn't even know they had a C&A there.

Poitiers is a lovely place. Big enough to be interesting with a wide variety of shops but not big enough to be exhausting!
There are plenty of clothes shops dotted around the town centre - some shown on this Google map.

There are plenty of pleasant places for lunch and the cathedral is well worth a visit - I'd make a day of it!

Yes I'll second that.

*C&A is on the shopping centre south ring road. Coming from the south follow the signs to the hospital, go past the hospital till you come to a set of lights at the ring road. Turn right and it's up there on the right La Galerie - Géant Beaulieu.
