Just as a by-the-by on this subjectI have noticed a marked "rise" in the sale of gluten-free bread, flours, biscuits etc in local supermarkets.

The same goes for dairy free milk and assorted similar products.

A bit off message from you original post, but just trying to be helpful in my usual youthful, enthusiastic way....
