Hi

We recently had a Linky meter installed by SRD acting on behalf of Soregies. The installer left a very nice set of information including details of how to access the meter remotely. Excellent I thought! No more need to read the meter and send in readings.

However, I have failed to get registered on the Linkyparsrd site as apparently my Linky meter isn't talking to my LinkyparSRD account! I have emailed Soregies and am awaiting a reply. Did anyone else have the same problem, please? The error message reads .... "Erreur The PDL ne depose pas d'un compeurLinky communicant!

I had the same problem. It took about 3 weeks before I could actually access the meter but since then it's been working perfectly. When registering on the linkyparsrd website I had to wait for them to send me a user name and password by post - it took a week or so. Have you received them yet? Best in mind that you can't set your own user name and password initially, you have to use the ones they allocate.

I've found Soregies to be very bad at answering emails, but if you can pop into their Montmorillon office, the people at the welcome desk are excellent at dealing with things there and then - including Linky queries. Highly recommended.

Their office is at 4 Rue de la Barre.

Take your most recent bill or the Linky correspondence with you...

That looks like the problem. Creating an account isn't as simple as creating an account then! I haven't received anything from them in terms of a name/password. I'll pop into the office in the next few days with everything Smile
