The family is visiting us at the end of August and Futuroscope has been nominated for a family day out - we've been before (many years ago) so know what to expect.

A while ago, I was told that Vienne or Poitou Charentes residents can buy discounted tickets for Futuroscope. Does anyone know of this is actually the case, and if so, how to go about it? I have spent a fair bit of time on the Futuroscope website (both the English and French versions) but can't find any suitable magic buttons.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Brian
I think it's only in the Spring Brian.
Ah - the old "out of season" ploy. I should have guessed!
Thanks Fred.

You`re in luck!! On the rear page of Aug/Sept "Living" magazine is a voucher for a 6 euro per person discount to Futuroscope valid until 7th Jan 2018 for up to 5 people. If you haven`t got a copy, you can have mine.........and better still, I have TWO vouchers (so up to 10 people).
I live near Bourg Archambault.
Thank you very much!
Is 'Living' the English language magazine that they have as a freebie in supermarkets? If it is I can pick one up tomorrow.
Thanks again!

Brian
Yes.........it`s the Aug/Sept issue. If you can`t get any, I`ll hang on to these here for you.
Thanks LA.
Do they have a French version of Vouchercloud, or some other money saving app for your phones or pc's? We use vouchercloud here if we go out for a big family meal. You get deals off restaurants and it can be quite a saving. We got over 20 quid off one of our bills, so it's worth doing. They always have offers on online shopping as well as in store too, which they email with.
Thanks for the suggestion, Jane. I'm not aware of any French discount apps. Perhaps someone else here is?

Edit to add: there is a vouchercloud.fr. I have obtained a voucher from them for a 12 euro/person discount but the Futuroscope doesn't recognise it.
@LittleAl:

I now have the Aug/Sept 2017 Living Magazine and what a cornucopia of delights it is!

However, I can't find any reference to Futuroscope. Mind y9u, my contact lenses are way past their best as a 'next day delivery' service turned into a 'next day after the birthday of your long-lost second aunt's grandmother's maternal best friend's wedding anniversary' delivery.
So here I am, squinting at Living (or it could be 'Loving', to be honest) and hoping that you can suggest an appropriate page number.

Yours, myopically,

Brian
