Banana's are on offer at the moment Rolleyes

3 Ripe Bananas.
2.5 Teaspoon Vanilla essence.
100g Brown Sugar.
1 Bottle of Eau de Vie or Vodka.

Mash the Bananas and put in a big enough Kilner jar with the Eau de Vie or Vodka, seal and leave in cool dark place for one week (Shake it each day)

After one week strain through a sieve into a clean jar, add sugar and mix till dissolved. Leave to settle for one day, then strain through Cheese Cloth into clean jar. add Vanilla Essence, seal the jar and leave for one more day.

Open the jar pour into shot glass, down in one. NO Maybe You Should Sip It

Change the above to your own taste. Longer you leave it the better it gets.

Enjoy Cool
They're always dirt cheap here - just a shame I can't get hold of some Eau de vie or Vodka Thumbsdown

Never one to turn down a free refreshment.Cool
You'd be most welcome to come and try the jollop Admiral, unfortunately the sun we're in is in KUWAIT eek
Thanks for the invite Steve but I think the drive home, with a skinful of old jollop, could be a bit dodgy. Gendarmes, speed cameras etc etc.
