Sorry I don't know of one as I usually repair my own and get parts from espares.co.uk having said that, we have just purchased a new one as our old one had finally given up after around 20 years of use.
It may be worth asking at Lerclerc service department, we once took a coffee machine there even though we hadn't purchased from them, we was told to take it to them as they were are nearest repairer shop and it was done under guarantee. So it may be worth asking if the do repairs.
Hopefully someone else will post with more.
Fred.

Fred, as ever, is quite right.
The repair shop above LeClerc will come out to repair the machine. We've used them several times and they were very good.
They're called Depanne Rapid Service but as with most thing in France "rapid" is not what they are. They will charge a call-out fee based on your location. It is easier to go in to make an appointment so they at least know the make and model before a gorilla with spanners turns up at your door.
Their first gambit will probably be to ask you to bring it in to the "shop." Don't. We did that with a telly a few years ago and never saw it again. Did get a nice new shiny one as a replacement though. On second thoughts maybe you should take the old one in..............
The other folk who would repair are the plumbers Beauchesne in Montmorillon on 05 49 91 25 26.
Happy hunting.

Thank you for all your advice re washing
machine repairs. We decided to buy a new
machine. We ordered it online and it was much
better value including delivery and installation.
This is a good option for people with upstairs
Laundries or kitchens. The machine we bought
was a 8kg Haeiur and inc delivery for 300 euros
through moncornerdeco, very good value
Cheers Rosie

Thanks for that Rosie.
You went down my favoured route which is; if it's broken and of a certain ago, get a new one.
Unless you're buying top of the range German kit eveything else these days has a built-in "break by date."
Thanks again.
