Hello Caroline welcome to Around Montmorillon.

I hope things are going well with the settling in and your not being swamped with to much paperwork.  

You will notice I moved your post and Jiml's answer here to it's own thread as it may get noticed better by other members, if they ever wake up.  

As for what I've been up to: The usual lazing around not doing much, moaning occasional about the way things are done in France (mostly government paperwork) but still enjoying it eleven years down the line and wouldn't change it for anything.

If you've only just found the forum you'll find a wealth of local info on here which I hope you'll find interesting and useful.

I'm just back in France having spent more than three months in Angleterre - an experience I would rather not go through for some considerable time.
